Fun times and Stitch Maynia!

I actually have a finish today!!!

I promised my husband I wouldn't start anything new until I finished something.  Well, since I finished the BBD, I went ahead and started my color converison of Aphrodite Mermaid.

And here is the start picture from last night.  This is my only Stitch Maynia start unless I finish another project.


So far, that's her hair.  Looks a bit like Marge Simpson or Hades from Disney's Hercules, I think.

  3. Love your finish... the Buttercup fabric is gorgeous! I love the idea of the brighter colours you chose to stitch the design :o)
    And I can't wait to see Aphrodite progress with those stunning pinks you have picked out... I was almost drooling when I saw your video yesterday!
